New development brought by Internet Era
In Kailu County, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, local farmers have been able to learn planting and breeding technology through mobile phones and intelligent terminal devices of village headquarters, and make one-to-one free appointment with agricultural and animal husbandry experts for remote diagnosis of diseases and insect pests and animal husbandry diseases. Different from the traditional farming methods in other cities and counties, Kailu County has skillfully used agricultural informatization to increase agricultural production and income. How can this be done?
So far, the project has been highly praised and supported by many government leaders and agricultural practitioners. At present, the scientific and technological information service of the platform has covered 112 administrative villages in Kailu County, covering 50% of the administrative villages in the county. There are more than 20000 app users of the agriculture and animal husbandry information service platform, accounting for 6% of the total population of Kailu County. This data is a breakthrough for the counties and districts that have not yet fully popularized the Internet information technology. The platform has been running for only two years and promoted the development of local information technology.
